​Samuel Geer’s work strives to create spectacle in a non-traditional way. Whether object or performance, Geer strives to initiate moments of thrill and awe, making  audiences question if what they are seeing is Art or Stunt. His sculptures and production work utilize primitive techniques from trades such as glassblowing, tinsmithing and welding, often using found objects and trash. By bringing fine craftsmanship to these objects he seeks to frame a view of life that is flawed and uneven, yet worthy of iconic status.
